Disability, Inclusion, and Diversity in the Workplace

ONdisabilities focuses on providing workshops, information, and support for Employers in areas focused on creating a truly inclusive and productive workplace; and one that welcomes and embraces the inclusion of  people with disabilities in the workplace. ONdisabilities also focuses on supporting efficient and effective management of disability related issues that could prevent your company from achieving its greatest potential.

One of the first steps to truly disability-inclusive workplaces is understanding the business case for hiring People with Disabilities. And there is a business case. Creating a disability-inclusive workplace can actually be good for business.

All of ONdisabilities business-related products and services can be modified to meet the needs of the operation. A variety of formats are available to meet time or budgetary requirements of your business.

Understanding Generational Diversity in the Workplace

For the first time in history, the workplace is shared by members of four generations. This can create huge opportunities for collaboration and success, or it can create barriers, frustration, and poor productivity.

The first step toward collaboration and success is understanding where your teammates come from, how they think, and how we can work together toward the most common of all goals - the productivity and success of the company.

Understanding Generational Diversity in the Workplace can be offered in a variety of formats that fit any time schedule and any budget.
